■ HENDERSON — The Town Council's regular business was canceled Thursday to devote time to the presentation from Upstate NY Power Corp. The council will address its regular business at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the town offices.

■ LOWVILLE — In an effort to gather information for the countywide comprehensive plan, officials from Bergmann Associates will meet with Lewis County legislators at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Supreme Court room on the second floor of the county courthouse, North State Street.
