The state Department of Environmental Conservation released the following violations and fines for St. Lawrence and Jefferson counties:
ST. LAWRENCE
■ Vincent R. Bo, 36, Port St. Lucie, Fla., paid a $250 fine for nonresident hunting without a big game license Oct. 20 in the town of Morristown. He appeared Oct. 20 in Town Court.
■ Stephen R. Hitchcock, 59, Remsen, paid a $75 fine for setting a beaver trap out of season April 1 in the town of Clifton. He appeared April 20 in Town Court.
JEFFERSON
■ Kevin C. Come Jr., 29, Watertown, paid $900 in fines for taking deer with an artificial light, possessing a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle, hunting deer without a big game license and taking wildlife from a public highway Nov. 22 in the town of Henderson. He appeared May 7 in Town Court.
■ David J. Sawyer, 44, Baldwinsville, paid a $100 fine for possessing undersized fish Feb. 24 in the town of Theresa. He appeared March 11 in Town Court.
■ Ronnie S. Savage Jr., 31, Redwood, paid a $30 fine for having more than five tip-ups while ice fishing Feb. 24 in the town of Theresa. He appeared April 29 in Town Court.
■ Daniel R. Kellogg, 40, LaFayette, paid a $100 fine for fishing without a license Feb. 23 in the town of Henderson. He appeared April 2 in Town Court.
■ Neil J. Fawdry, 53, Watertown, paid a $75 fine for fishing without a license April 18 in the village of Dexter. He appeared May 1 in Village Court.
■ Willie Fisher, 42, Watertown, paid a $50 fine for possessing a species out of season April 15 in the village of Dexter. He appeared May 1 in Village Court.
■ Donald Smith, 32, Glenfield, paid a $25 fine for using a lure with more than one hook point Sept. 30 in the village of Dexter. He appeared April 24 in Village Court.
