Foster and Donna Honer, Castorland, and Jeffrey and Julie Frederick, Theresa, announce the engagement of their children, Erin I. Honer, Castorland, and Jon C. Frederick, Theresa.

Miss Honer is a 2004 graduate of Beaver River Central School, Beaver Falls, and graduated in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in childhood education from SUNY Oswego. She is graduate student at SUNY Oswego and anticipates receiving a master's degree in literacy education next May.

Mr. Frederick is a 2005 graduate of Indian River High School, Philadelphia, and will graduate later this month from SUNY Canton with an associate's degree in criminal justice. He is employed at Route 37 Building Supply, Redwood.

A July 2009 wedding is planned.
