Dana and Dawn Driscoll, Bloomfield, and Donald and Elisabeth Brennan, Cape Vincent, announce the engagement of their children, Julie Driscoll, Spencerport, and D. Michael Brennan, Nyack.

Miss Driscoll is a 2003 graduate of Bloomfield High School and graduated from Nazareth College, Rochester, in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in English education. She is a special-education teacher at Spencerport High School.

Mr. Brennan is a 1999 graduate of Thousand Islands High School, Clayton, and graduated from Nazareth College in 2004 with a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in business education in 2006. He is a business teacher at Clarkstown North High School, New City.

A Sept. 27 wedding at Garrett Chapel, Penn Yan, is planned.
