Michele LaTray and her companion, Steven L. Brown, Croghan, announce the engagement of her daughter, Gabrielle C. LaTray, Watertown, to Timothy J. Thomas, Watertown, son and stepson of Bonnie and Anthony Salnorris, Melbourne, Fla., and son of Douglas Thomas Sr., Hollywood, Fla.

Miss LaTray is a 2003 graduate of Beaver River Central School, Beaver Falls, and the Howard G. Sackett Technical Center, Glenfield. She graduated in 2005 from SUNY Canton with a degree in medical office administration and works for Guilfoyle Ambulance Service.

Mr. Thomas is a 1988 graduate of Watertown High School and the Jefferson Technical Center. He attends Jefferson Community College and anticipates graduating next May with a paramedic certificate. He is a medic for Guilfoyle Ambulance Service.
