David A. Murad, who is running for election to state Supreme Court for the 5th Judicial District, recently received the Oneida County Bar Association's highest rating.

Mr. Murad was unanimously found well-qualified for the position of Supreme Court justice.

The 5th Judicial District includes the counties of Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Oneida, Onondaga and Oswego.

Mr. Murad, Utica, is running for the seat that was vacated by Robert F. Julian of Utica in January.
