The name and telephone number of a contact person must be included.
To assure publication, event-related items should be received by the Times at least three weeks before the date of desired publication. Daily events calendars are compiled several days in advance.
High-resolution pictures are welcomed to promote your event. Image quality, space allowances and news judgments will determine if a photo is used.
If you would like a photo returned, include a stamped, self-addressed envelope and clearly label the back of the photograph; photos that are used will be returned shortly after publication.
