The St. Lawrence County Arts Council invites artists and craftspeople to show and sell their work at two special one-day shows this summer. The UpNorth Artisans Show & Sale will be held in two locations this summer as part of the UpNorth Music Concerts, presented by North Country Public Radio.

On Sunday, July 13, the UpNorth Artisans Show & Sale will be at the Clayton Opera House, and on Saturday, Aug. 16, it will be at Asgaard Farm in Jay.

These one-day events will showcase original art and handcrafted creations by artists of Northern New York.

This is a juried show. Artisans will be selected to represent a mix of high-quality work in all media from all around the north country. There is no cost to participate but there are a limited number of 10- by10-foot booth spaces available. Artists who would like to be considered should call 265-6860 to request an application form and submit photos of their work for review - hard copy or digital files.
