Three men are charged with DWI

The following motorists are charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:

■ Thomas E. Beckstead, 42, of 271 Leslie Road, Massena, was charged Wednesday by state police after a traffic stop on Highland Road, Massena. His blood alcohol content was 0.16 percent, twice the level considered proof of intoxication under state law, troopers said. He was also charged with failure to keep right, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and having an obscured license plate, they said. He was arraigned in Massena Town Court and was released under probation supervision pending further court action.

■ Michael D. Euto, 43, of 120 Main St., Apt. 2, Massena, was charged by Massena village police after a traffic stop at 6:43 p.m. Wednesday on Parker Avenue in Massena. The charge is a felony because of a prior conviction within the past 10 years, they said. He was also charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, which is also a felony, reckless driving, failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to signal a turn, police said. He was arraigned in Village Court and was released under probation supervision.

■ Bernard W. Phillips II, 34, of 1 Grinnell Ave., Massena, was charged by Massena village police after a traffic stop on West Orvis Street, Massena, at 1:34 a.m. Tuesday.
