A Watertown native soon will be reporting news on the radio in Pittsburgh, Pa.

Matt DelSignore is joining the KDKA-AM (1020) news department later this month, reporting for the 5 and 6 p.m. newscasts and anchoring during the John Steigerwald evening talk show.

KDKA also is expanding its evening local newscasts to 10 p.m. The last one is heard at 8 p.m.

Mr. DelSignore comes to Pittsburgh from news/talk WGY-AM in Schenectady, where he's an anchor and reporter. Before that, he worked at WSYR-AM in Syracuse and WTNY-AM in Watertown.
