Let's start by mistakes — Mayor Shew and his board members and Matt Cooper of Bernier & Carr for wasting $650,000 looking for water in all the wrong places according to Mr. Cooper and then making excuses for it.

Let's not stop there. Bernier & Carr were engineers on the present water system, which is not working, but say engineers do not guarantee anything pertaining to water.

Figures were not revealed on waste of dollars after knowing about Mr. Terrillion's water.

Also, Copenhagen has from six to 10 years left to pay on present water system.
