ADAMS — Mr. and Mrs. Toby Magos , 13423 County Route 74, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary April 19 with a family dinner.
Mr. Magos, son of the late Toby and Rose Magos, and Frances Sasinouski, daughter of the late Stanley and Mary Sasinouski, were married April 19, 1958, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Akron, Ohio, with the Rev. Lloyd Boymer officiating.
Honor attendants were Trudy Sasinouski, Uniontown, Ohio, sister of the bride, and the late Carl Sasinouski, brother of the bride.
Mr. Magos graduated from Kent City High School and attended Kent State University, both in Ohio. He retired in 1981 from Akron Standard Engineering. He enjoys raising chickens, planting trees and shrubs, and working in his garden.
Mrs. Magos graduated from St. Mary's High School, Akron, and attended Akron University. She was a Realtor with Katherine Smith Realty, Brimfield, Ohio, and was employed from 2000 to 2004 with South Jefferson Wine and Liquor. She enjoys crafts and gardening.
The couple has a son, David, Adams, three daughters, Lauri Lyons, Woodstock, Ga., Linda Lees, Munroe Falls, Ohio, and Lisa Martin, Carnesville, Ga., and 11 grandchildren.
