A Fort Drum man is awaiting allegations that he molested a 10-year-old girl, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department.

James S. Noar, 43, was released on bail Monday after being charged with first-degree sexual abuse, forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child. He is charged in an incident March 26 in West Carthage, according to documents filed at the Sheriff's Department.
